Ginger is one of the commonest spice that you can see anywhere. Usually grown for consumption. But do you also know that aside this very reason why ginger is popular, it has a lot of health benefit?

I'm sure you do! Or maybe not. If you do, I'm guessing you read it somewhere or some excited persons have told you of it's wonders.

And although you have made it a point of duty always to use ginger in preparing almost if not all your meals, yet nothing significant has happened? you ever wondered why it is so? Nay or Yes??

Wrong method of preparation!

If you keep using one method in doing a thing/ things with the hope of achieving results, the end product is usually nothing! It is synonymous with a doctor who treats all patients with same drugs, same procedure and same pattern, one call safely call the doctor a quack or simply a moron.

So I am going to tell you exactly how to prepare ginger to treat 4 common health problems and achieve amazing results.

First on the list is:

PNEUMONIA: This is an infection in one or both lungs. Bacteria, viruses, and fungi causes it. The infection causes inflammation in the air sacs in your lungs, which are called alveoli. The alveoli fill with fluid or pus, making it difficult to breathe. Treatments for pneumonia is usually done by using Antibiotics. And ginger is one great antibiotic!

Method of preparation: Wash your ginger thoroughly( one medium sized), slice into tiny pieces with the bark. Chew the ginger first thing in the morning and last thing before going to bed and take 1 glass or two cups of water or as much as you can. This is to subside any excess hotness. Do this everyday for a week and then reduce the intake in the consecutive weeks. Remember, excess Antibiotics are not good for the human system.

IRREGULAR MENSTRUAL FLOW AND DARK BLOOD:

Because ginger is a detoxicant, it corrects this disorder by detoxifying the whole body system and restoring equilibrium.

Method of preparation:

Preparation method for this is similar to that of pneumonia except for slight changes. Thoroughly wash a piece of ginger and slice into smaller pieces for easy consumption. DO NOT PEEL THE BARK!

Eat first thing in the morning and last at night for the first seven (7) days and then decrease the rate of consumption afterwards; say maybe 3 times in a week .

JOINT AND BODY PAINS: A lot of people are comfortably sitting on this table. Body pains has become a hydra headed beast which has come to stay, and persons with such conditions are usually frustrated and confused and always on the look out for solutions. This simple ginger trick does the magic overtime.

Method of preparation: Buy some good quantity of ginger, but not in excess. Grind or pound with the bark. Scoop the contents into a neat pot / kettle, add a commensurate amount of water and boil for some minutes and then bring down. Sieve the contents out and store the Juice. Each morning, Add a small quantity of the juice into your cup of hot Green Tea or Lipton ( you can add a little milk to taste, not compulsory). Repeat same process every night. Store juice in an air tight container and make sure to always warn juice before adding to tea.

BODY FATS, BELLY FATS AND EXCESS CHOLESTEROL :

Majority of people suffer body shame and inferiority complex due to their excess body and belly mass, which do not appear beautiful or appealing to the sight. But never to worry no more, this ginger recipe will do wonders.

Method of preparation:Slice about 10 sizeable pieces of ginger into 2 litters of neat boiling water . Cut open 2-3 balls of lemon and add . cook for 10-15 minutes, bring down and allow to cool. Take 1/2 glass of the juice first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Remember to warm before consumption.

PS: stay away from Late night foods and cut down your carbohydrates intake.

These procedures are not advisable for Ulcer patients.
