There was commotion at a popular mortuary in Lagos as the mortuary attendant (Names Withheld) could not produce the clothes of their very wealthy uncle who had passed some time back.

Initially they did not really mind giving the clothes any thought until a relative let them on in the latest "Yahoo plus" business trending in town.

His explanation: "Always ensure you take the clothes, sponge and bathing water of your wards after they die and are washed in the mortuary. If you do not, Herbalist will buy the clothes, sponge and water at a very giod price and such a soul will never find rest in the after life. They will labor and labor and pay back the price tag on their heads in the after life..."

He went further to state that the most profitable of the dead are those who were very well to do while they were alive on earth.

According to him, Relatives should be present when the bodies of their loved ones were being washed and prepared for burial so that they can retrieve the items taken from the body. Some Mortuaries actually take the liberty to deliver the said items to the relatives themselves even before they ask.
